Private Donor Search understands that not all intended parents have the time to conduct their own egg donor search. What makes PDS such a valuable resource, is that we will handle most of the heavy lifting that's involved in the search process while uncovering higher quality donors than would normally be available. Also because the donors are being selected specifically for you, there is not a rush for the intended parents to make a choice. Donors are ranked week by week and the search continues until the final decision is made.

Below is a timeline for the search process and what you can expect week by week

Week 1 Completion of contract between PDS & Intended Parents Search criteria defined by intended parents

Week 2 First donors will be presented to intended parents

Weeks 3 - 12 Review of previous weeks new donors Weekly updated ranking of intended parents favorites Questions from intended parents to egg donors answer answered Updates on any donors listed in intended parents top five Weekly adjustments made to search criteria if necessary

Completion of Search Intended parents select donor Egg Donation Agency chosen Search is ended

Currently we are limiting our searches to a maximum of two at a time, but searches can end quickly once a donor is selected. We anticipate a new search opening no later than May or June of 2011 and we may expand our number of searches before then.
